Embeding video into the forum threads should be pretty easy, when making a thread you should see a youtube icon in the "Add Tags:" section of the header.
Now to add a video, look for the part in the youtube URL shown in bold youtube.com/watch?v=IJjUt2sXo5o and add it between the youtube thingys that you got when you clicked the icon.
The result is:
